Tara Reid first appeared in commercials for television while an infant. The breakthrough moment came when Tara Reid made an appearance in Saved by the Bell: The New Class. She has performed her roles with panache, despite the scrutiny. For instance, in The Big Lebowski, Bunny was her first big part. Her career began with the movie and began receiving more offers from movies like Urban Legend or Cruel Intentions. But it was American Pie the cult movie featuring sexually explicit teens which established Reid in the spotlight as a promising actress for Hollywood due to her character as the virgin Vicky. The result was not an enviable Hollywood life. Reid suffered several failures, including unsuccessful movies like Josie and the Pussycats. She did get part on the set of American Pie 2 for a couple of minutes, however this was not enough to help her slumping career. Reid is well-known as a designer or party person rather than an actor because of her off-screen mishaps, a flimsy and widely-publicized plastic surgery, and many blink-and-miss appearances.
